DANA deposit and withdrawal

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are linked to your phone number and can be used interchangeably for deposits and withdrawals on wisatatoto. Both wallets require initial KYC binding — your first use of OVO or GoPay on any device triggers a one-time verification step. To deposit, select OVO or GoPay, enter your phone number and amount, and the app opens OVO or GoPay's native payment screen. Confirm your PIN and the funds transfer instantly. wisatatoto credits your account within subject to verification. For withdrawals, the process mirrors DANA: select the wallet, enter the amount, and confirm. The request enters a review queue (subject to verification) and the system initiates the transfer back to your wallet. Both OVO and GoPay support recurring transactions if you use them multiple times, so subsequent uses skip the verification step. GoPay is particularly popular among Gojek app users (Grab / Gojek ecosystem), while OVO serves a broader user base. Each wallet has its own transaction limits and fees; wisatatoto does not add surcharges on top of wallet fees.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

wisatatoto supports virtual-account (VA) deposits and withdrawals via Indonesia's major banks: BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI. When you link one of these banks to your wisatatoto account, the system generates a unique VA code (for example, a 15-digit number) associated with your account. You use this code to transfer funds from your personal bank account to wisatatoto's VA. The transfer settles in subject to verification depending on your bank's processing speed. To withdraw, wisatatoto initiates a transfer from our merchant VA back to the same bank account you used for deposit — no additional verification is needed if it matches your KYC profile. If you need to change the withdrawal bank account, contact support with a copy of your ID and the new account details. Bank VAs are popular because they work with any Indonesian bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB, Permata, etc.) and involve no third-party wallet operator. Transaction limits vary by bank and account type; check with your bank directly for their daily transfer caps.

Fees, limits and verification

wisatatoto does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees — all charges are determined by the payment method operator (e.g., DANA's wallet fee, your bank's VA fee). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at checkout and vary by payment method. DANA deposits might have a our welcome offerinimum and our welcome offeraximum; bank VAs often have no minimum and support very large transfers. Withdrawal minimums are typically higher than deposit minimums to prevent fee-stacking on small amounts. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification — this means your national ID and photo must be approved before your first withdrawal is processed. The verification is completed during account setup, usually within subject to verification. If verification is pending, your account shows a "verification in progress" message and you cannot withdraw until it is approved. The reason for withdrawal review windows (subject to verification) is anti-fraud checking and payment-gateway confirmation; there is no way to expedite this beyond contacting support with exceptional circumstances.

Resolving a stalled transaction

For amounts stuck longer than 1 hour, take a screenshot of the charge on your payment method and a screenshot of the wisatatoto transaction history, then contact support by email with both images. Include your transaction ID, the exact amount, the payment method used, and the timestamp. Support will investigate whether the payment gateway received the transfer and either credit your account or process a refund within 1 to 3 business days. For withdrawals stuck in "under review" for more than subject to verification, contact support with your withdrawal request ID. Delays can occur during high-traffic periods or if the system flagged the request for manual review. In rare cases, withdrawals are declined if the payment method or bank rejects the transfer — support will notify you and offer alternative withdrawal methods.
